Price of item may increase when arrives into stock and when listed in main categories. Buy now at pre-order stage and you only pay the pre-order price. No increase on item price once you pay in advance.
You will be contacted when item arrives and you will get notification of tracking number (if applicable) and postage to your address.
If you choose Collection (Dublin), you will be contacted when the item arrives in stock and a meeting location and time will be arranged then for you to receive your order.
Items will be posted out next business day via An Post and confirmation will be issued. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery in Ireland. Some items may reach you sooner. This is due to the good work of your local post team.
Packages over 500g will be issued with a tracking number.
Delivery times outside of Ireland may vary and are beyond our control.
Order collection in person can be arranged for Dublin City center location. Please select a time on designated days to arrange collection of order in the ""ADD A NOTE" section on the cart page before placing your order. You can also contact us at info@heroesandvillains.ie and we will confirm collection time and day. Collection Location will be on your order details. Please have order number and order confirmation to hand when collecting.
